My research focuses on appraising counselling techniques for young people, examined through the lens of Religious Ethics. I bring rigorous theological inquiry to the intersection of pastoral care, youth counselling, and modern pedagogical frameworks — contributing to scholarship that shapes both the church and the academy.

An ordained pastor of the Nigerian Baptist Convention with over three decades of service, Dr. Adeoye has served at association, conference, and convention levels — combining theological rigour with practical ministry. She is a registered teacher, school proprietor, professional secretary, and seasoned speaker at international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
